Marshall & Middle Fork Fire Support
UnbridledACTS is hosting a Matching Fund for the survivors of the Marshall and Middle Fork fires in Boulder County, Colorado. We will match $1 for $1 up to $15,000 for a total goal of $30,000. This match will run through the end of January 2022:
On December 30, 2021, the Marshall and Middle Fork fires started near residential, suburban areas in Colorado. Middle Fork fire was contained early on, but the Marshall fire quickly became the most destructive in Colorado history—destroying over 1,000 homes and businesses while damaging over 120 more. In the end, over 35,000 people evacuated the area and thousands of them no longer have homes to return to.
Easing the devastation from these fires will be an uphill battle, including years of rebuilding. To assist, we have set up this dollar-for-dollar match (up to $15,000) where 100% of donations will go to the Boulder County Community Foundation to directly support the thousands of survivors displaced by this event. The hope is to aid families and individuals who lost their homes to the fires and come alongside the Boulder County community.
