AMATE® is a seven-week healing and equipping journey created for Christian women who long for deeper personal healing, spiritual renewal, and greater capacity to support other women well.

Rooted in Scripture, supported by neuroscience, and informed by trauma-aware practices, AMATE® centers on God’s restoring work while offering a clear path from surviving to flourishing. Participants move into a more rooted, resilient, and wholehearted life without being asked to “try harder”; instead they learn to participate more intentionally in the transformation God is already bringing.

Through the five core strategies of AMATE®—Amplify Gratefulness, Meditate on Truth, Activate Joy, Transform Your Mind, and Elevate Your Healing—participants are guided into deeper awareness, emotional resilience, renewed thinking, and practical tools for inner transformation. At the same time they learn 5 powerful mechanisms of change that cultivate 5 vital capacities for flourishing: attention redirection, awareness & presence, emotional vitality, cognitive renewal, and restorative capacity.

This is not just another Bible study. It is a Christ-centered journey of healing, reconnection, and spiritual formation.
