UnbridledACTS is excited to announce our first ever Couch to 5k – run/skip/walk for a cause.

We want to give our Unbridled community the opportunity to safely get out, get active, and give back. Behold, the Couch to 5k!

Whether this is your first 5k or another notch in your belt, this Couch to 5k will get your blood pumping while offering a way for you and others to partner with ACTS and support the Unbridled Response Fund.

Here’s all you need to know:

  1. Sign-up for the Couch to 5k is open until the Friday before your area’s race day – sign up below.
  2. After you sign up, we will reach out to you directly to connect you with the 5k route coordinator in your area. That way, you will have all the information you need to plan ahead.
  3. Inviting friends and/or family to join you is highly encouraged and recommended!
  4. There is no pressure to run the 5k, you and your group are free to walk/skip/jump the route, as well—whatever is most enjoyable for you.
  5. All 5k routes for each city are linked below.
  6. If you are interested in making this Couch to 5k experience a run/skip/walk for a cause, you can click the ‘give’ button below to support our Unbridled Response Fund program.

All money raised will go directly toward assisting people in our communities who are in unexpected financial need due to various life circumstances.
